Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
- If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will review it and confirm whether it can be processed.
- As books and author-signed copies are personalized and limited-edition, cancellations after payment confirmation are not applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us at info@sanjaypanwar.in with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.
Product Mismatch or Wrong Item
- If the product you receive is different from what was ordered or shown, please inform our team within 48 hours of delivery.
- After review, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Return Shipping Charges
- For returned orders, a shipping charge of Rs. 60 will be applicable to the customer.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting the return shipping charge, in accordance with our refund policy.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or wrong items as described above.
Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
- Author-signed copies, limited-edition bundles, or personalized orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once shipped.
- Bonus items or free promotional gifts included with orders are not eligible for return or refund.
